Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be cancelled during this period, considering handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email to find a good solution.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:

Order verification, quality check and packaging，which take an additional 3–4 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

Each piece in our Sword & Katana collection is either hand-forged or precision-finished. Please allow 15-25 business days for crafting and quality inspection before dispatch. This ensures the structural integrity and aesthetic perfection of your blade.

Shipping time:

This refers to time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.Our logistics transportation is transported by charter flights to the following countries and regions. Different countries and regions require different transportation times, usually take between 5 and 12 business days. Please refer to the figure below.

For our Sword & Katana collection, please allow approximately 15–20 business days (around 3 weeks) for delivery, as these items require specialized secure transport and more rigorous customs inspections. We appreciate your patience should any occasional delays occur during the clearing process.

Confirmation & Delivery

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

At Aviva Myth, we strive for excellence. Given the unique nature of our products—ranging from handcrafted incense to sword & katana—we have established the following specific policies:

1. Special Notice for Swords & Katana Collection:

Due to international shipping regulations, all sales of swords and edged items are final. Standard couriers typically refuse the return shipment of edged tools. By purchasing, you agree that these items cannot be returned for non-quality reasons. If an item is defective, please see Section 4.

2. Eligibility for Standard Items (Incense, Burners, Jewelry):

• Duration: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Incense: For hygiene and quality reasons, Incense products must remain in their original vacuum seal. Opened incense packages are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping & Fees:

• Shipping Costs: For all non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any import duties incurred.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and handling costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken ceramic or blade defects), you must:

• Contact customer@avivamyth.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide a clear unboxing video and high-resolution photos of the damage.
• For Swords: If return shipping is restricted in your region, we may offer a Partial Refund (30-50%) or require Video Proof of Destruction to issue a higher refund without requiring a return.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or engraved items.
• Items on "Final Sale."
• Gift cards.
